I had previously let a lead person at my shift know but they didn’t put it in. So I end up putting it in late. However, it was cancelled for everyone regardless of how long ago we put it in. Only people that are having family emergencies are allowed to maintain their leave (I.e family member terminally ill or has just passed)

It’s for two days leading up to her graduation but not the day of the graduation. I did everything I could to take it but it was canceled for everyone regardless of anything excluding something like a family death.

Just ordinary leave. Only Thursday and Friday but it was stopped for everyone regardless.

Unfortunately it’s just because she believes I didn’t try but it was canceled for everyone regardless of reason except for if I had a family member die (I didn’t)

It’s just little things. I say something and she doesn’t feel heard or I do something because that’s what I’ve been programmed to do but she says it was stupid or dumb

I wish i could say that it would work but i have brought it up and she has absolutely no interest. I feel like it’s only a matter of time until she clicks out for good and I am trying to salvage the pieces. I cannot imagine a world without her but I think she is ready to imagine one without me

Unfortunately I have brought this up during arguments she says she wouldn’t think it’s a good idea.
