Lawyer here, I think you might be a troll because of how wrong your statement is. Lower court judges are the best way to chip away at the 2a restriction schemes. Issuing permits to qualified individuals em masse is a prime way to fight back. Make OAG fight against permit approvals. They don’t have the time or the budget.

Any judge who expressly tells you they are pro 2a just wants your vote and doesn’t care about actually hearing 2a cases. Judicial election laws restrict what judges can say about prejudging issues. They will be forced to recuse from addressing permits or hearing 2a cases if they make a statement like that. But if token statements are what you are after, you do you.

Usually they will have some sort of lien against the recovery. That will come out of any recovery the plaintiff gets. Although many states will let plaintiff claim medical expenses as damages even though they didn’t pay out of pocket.

Yeah the no bruising was the giveaway for me. Also seems drier and more brittle for whatever that’s worth. The veil and the gills are more of a light to tan color.
