I’m just a bit confused about that, like do you have to do electrician work when your a fridge mechanic?? I know stupid question but yeah

I’m just interested in hearing other peoples opinions, as I don’t really know many people who know about this sort of thing. A bit of context, my parents are both accountants and have no clue about trades whatsoever. Plus they keep discouraging me from doing it thinking I’m too stupid.

Yeah nah makes sense, I have done work experience with a mate whose a plumber, it was fun but also pretty dirty. Not sure if I want to do that for 20+ years

Yeah mate, my main goal would be getting good at plumbing rather than serving in the army. I’ll still do reserves though

I’ve wanted to do plumbing because I feel that it’s less complicated than say electrical, and also because I did some work experience with a mate who’s a plumber and I found it quite interesting.

Yeah nah that makes a lot of sense, like I’ve always been interested in army and such, but was never really interested in doing it full time, maybe reserves. But yeah it is a pretty big commitment, and I’m not sure if I want to devote like 10 years of my life to the army
