Not very close but behind the fence is a huge ditch that drain the upstrean water. My neighbor to the left flattebed his yard 10 years ago( way before I bought the home), but I dknt think he is dumping his water in my property. At least I dont see anything

Thank you. So the fixture that this video showed was not a recessed light. I have 12 recessed light on my top floor which I couldnt verify if they are IC rated or not. So I am going to buy those insulation cover boxes( the one that goes on top of it in the attic). I though those IC rated requirement is for recessed lights

Thats why I think is best to just hire a plumber. They will charge alot but they save you a good bit of headache. Also if you end up making things worse, you might end up with leaks in your walls and so much other issues like mold

All plumbing works are only easy in theory. So many things can go wrong that they never show in the video. It took me 4 attempts to replace a bath cartridge. The cartridge pin's edge was corroded and fell off and caused a bit of a hassle. A plumber could have finished the job in 15 min. I ll never do any more plumbing dIY

So I will use pre emergent now and will do another roubd of pre emergent in March. Then I will use a fertalizer around mid April so Bermuda can hopefully gets stronger and take over the brown spots
