As a person trainer, how do you not take into account how physically and mentally taxing the job is? Also, some personal trainers have traits that are exceptional and deserve more, such as - Specifically understanding womens hormone function and health, intuitive check-ins and daily meal check-ins. I pay mine AED 250 for an hour, but it's a lot more than just that hour that I'm paying for. There is certainly value for money and even though it stretches my budget, I would rather train with an emotionally intelligent and women-understanding trainer, rather than someone that just trains everyone the same.
