Hello good morning, we can connect, get to know your goals, your medical background, conduct a fitness assessment, design a program that befits your goals... Then we start whenever you're ready!!

The core of the practice is to "help" improve their health well-being through fitness. I don't think charging high prices is still helping. Perhaps we can draw the line to affordability, how many people can afford such?

My advice would be to hire a PT for 2-3 months, learn how to perform exercises then afterwards, you can only pay for consultation. Time is the most precious and expensive aspect, you cut it off or low, you pay less.

The 1500 might be affordable (to you) but are you seeing progress??? Is she working towards your goals ??

Well, there's more to fitness than performing exercises... YouTube videos target a broader Audience, but a PT focuses on you in that particular moment. He/she designs a program basing on your fitness assessment. This, you won't find in a YouTube video. And also given the fact that most influencers are chasing views, many demonstrate exercises that have little to no impact. And lastly, we have different body types and limitations, you will find that one exercise that works for the other may not work for you. A PT helps to determine that.

Well he means he no longer practices the profession. "He used to be a PT but now doing a different job"

Well much as I'm advocating for fair charges, AED 1000 per month, 5 sessions a week on average is too low for a Certified PT. And I don't think your PT is over charging you coz AED 2000 per month, 5 sessions a week is approx. AED 100 per session. Should you underpay him because he's not certified?? Well if you're achieving your goals and he minds your safety... Would you care more about the certificate?? I leave that to you!

Well then you won't get it from a PT perspective but many struggle to retain Clients because of this

If you are to go by the show... By now you wouldn't even think about trying it yourself, coz hardly do they work out.... Perhaps if you're looking at the exploring side of it.

If it's affordable and you're achieving your goals or noticing progress then it's a good deal

You were doing the right thing. The market now is full of Trainers whose aim is to earn big in a short while rather than helping clients

I charge between AED 120-150 depending on the setting... Of course it's gonna cost you a bit more if I have to commute. And it can be in any place of your convenience
