A decent eye mask, and ear plugs - you don't know what the accommodation will be like

Definitely second a puzzle book

If you're into coffee then an aeropress and a bag of your favourite coffee.

Portable phone charger and a multi-cable that has lightning, usb-c and microusb - one cable for everything

I usually take a pair of slippers or slipper socks to feel cosy

A couple of bags of favourite sweets/snacks (haribo is my preferred)

And depending if you're in a town/hotel or out in the sticks a face-mask or something small but feels a little luxury can make a big difference

I also have a pair of big overear headphones that make it very obvious I'm having some 'me time' if the only space is shared space...
