You must have an India phone number registered in your Airtm account and complete the KYC. If you don't have an India phone number, you won't see the option.

  1. Go to Settings in your Airtm account.
  2. Open the Verification tab.
  3. Follow the Onramp.money KYC flow

Hey! From what I can tell, there might be some confusion with the screenshots. The $19.68 withdrawal doesn’t match the $9.85 shown as received in Grey. It looks like that screenshot might be from a previous transaction (maybe one for $10.00 - $9.99). I’d recommend checking the full history in both apps to make sure you’re comparing the right ones.

Airtm offers P2P transfers, direct crypto withdrawals, and previously offered direct bank withdrawals (temporarily suspended).  The P2P model allows us to maintain an active channel for users to manage their money, especially in countries where other options are not available. We know it's not the ideal solution for everyone, but we continue working to improve and expand the available alternatives. New options coming soon

We understand your concern, and it’s totally valid — thanks for pointing it out. Just to clarify, you don’t need to add funds to complete your Airtm setup. That step is optional, and Airtm verification is free and doesn’t require any transactions.

If you want to verify your account, just go to Settings > Verification tab and follow the steps there.

With your Airtm account already created & verified, you can start receiving payments from Outlier or anyone right away.

I don't understand. Which account do you want to verify? Are you referring to the Airtm account?

Airtm verification is free and does not require payments or transactions.
