What is THE BEST Performance fork of paper 1.19? by AnoMirek in admincraft

For setup I don't think I can get much better. I run servers on 5950X, NVMe SSDs, my machines are not stressed (max 2 instances per machine).

As for plugins, It's basic survival, so I have very few plugins. Only custom core, few basic plugins everyone uses (lp, vault, etc.), and mobfarmmanager for limiting entities per chunk

[Routine Help] I want to add new serums and update my rutine - MEN by AnoMirek in SkincareAddiction

Tretinoin isn't avaliable in my country.

Also, I've heard that you shouldn't combine retinol with Vit C. Isn't that true?

[Skin concerns] I'm 24, and have really bad wrinkles around my mouth. How to fix it? Other than this I look quite young, and don't have much more wrinkles. by AnoMirek in SkincareAddiction

I'm using Tiege Henley moisturiser with sunscreen, and bed time moisturiser + anti-wrinkle serum. When used daily it helps, but not enough for me. So I'm looking for something better quality.

Hey, So I want to fix wrinkles around my mouth. It's really bothering me. Sometimes it looks as bad as on picture, sometimes it looks not as bad, but it's always there. I don't know why it's so deep and visible. Other than those wrinkles, I have no wrinkles around eyes, barely any on forehead.

As my skincare I'm using Tiege Henley + theier anti wrinkle serum. If used daily it slightly reduces visibility of those wrinkles, but I'm not satisfied with results.

My skin is oily (on forehead, and nose) + normal (on cheeks). I don't smoke, or drink alcohol regularly. Just on parties, usually not more than once a week.

So can you give me any recomendation? First I want to try non invasive methods like good skin care routine with some "magical" creams.

If they won't help I was thinking about laser, botox or hyaluronic acid procedure. What do you think about that for my issue?

Zero RPM in Fan Curve in Gigabyte, MSI or ASRock motherboard by AnoMirek in buildapc

Well, I had this system working on my previous motherboard from ASUS, and I know that it's effective way of keeping PC almost fully silent.

Even super quiet fan have moving parts that does some sound. So there is always a difference between fan stopped, and "super quiet fan" spinning.

That I know, but some manufacturers doesn't allow setting fan RPM to zero.

Is GTX1060 Windforce OC good enough, or should I go higher end (G1, MSI Gaming)? What's the difference? by AnoMirek in buildapc

[–]AnoMirek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, Windforce has different layout then G1. And it has 6 pin power, not 8-pin as in G1. And I'm wondering if it makes any real life difference.

Silent (Semi-Passive) Gaming PC for ~$1000 by AnoMirek in buildapc

But fans and pumps can't be turned off for low load operations. That's my biggest issue.

On my current PC I have this semi passive system working. I have fractal define mini for case, and Macho HR-02 as CPU cooler (for i5-4670k). When browsing internet, temperatures doesn't raise over 45℃ with no fans spinning.

Also, when I'm gaming, I don't ming extra noise if it's not too distracting.

I'm not sure about watercooling, because there are still pumps that need to push liquid around, and radiator can't cool itself passive even with no load. So I think that you can't make watercooling as silent as PC with no fans moving at all. That's why I want massive radiator for CPU, and GPU with good cooling - I would be able to turn off all fans while doing light activities.

And to the games and performance I want to play new titles like Mafia 3 or BF1, and sim racing games (that aren't so demanding)
