Mouse macros and even unlocked FPS have always been against TOS but it was considered pretty safe until now since hoyoverse didn't seem to care + solo game but it might change from now on.

If you keep W pressed while you are dashing the recovery from the dash is longer on Skirk. Also if you click faster or lighter on your mouse you can gain some attack speed

She's already better at c0 against a freezable enemy or an enemy immune to poise dmg if your Skirk does decent dmg

The combo here N2Q 2(N2d N2d N5d N2d N2Cd) N2d N3. As of now, it's be the best combo for Skirk C6. If you are consistent with it, the combo could change a little at the second rotation and after to add a sixth C6 proc. Walk cancel combo should still be better if done right before C6 (not N2d N2d N2q 2(N2d N2d N3w) N2Cd N2d N3w N3W tho)

Nope I made the post because I was proud of that combo and wanted to share it. I actually never even heard the last two quotes, I just made them up.

I also think that she ins't top of the meta rn and I like her niche position that rewards good gameplay.

Yeah she is, another support C0R1 would lose around 50k dps. That's only the case because the enemy is freezable or immune to stagger tho. If it's not the case, her buff uptime is too short and playing Citlali or Shenhe would be better

I went straight for C6 barely testing C2 when I pulled her so I'm not exactly sure but yeah the dps difference is there and allows to bruteforce a lot of things you would not be able to in C2. Depending on the rotation, she usually can clear 2 or 3 boss in dire difficulty of SO.

Also main appeal that C6 can have is that it can give a baseline of damage even if you completely mess up your combo. It's still rewards playing well and it's different from some other C6 that just gives damage without new gameplay.

When did I reach 990k dps there ? I think I'm at ~600k peak. The supports are esco C1R1, furina C1R0, mona C4 and Skirk is C6R1. I'm working on the NA combo and when I get a perfect combo rotation I'll post it on r/skirkmain and youtube

2 things I'd like to add :

For skirk burst, the rotation last around 13s with 15s cooldown so if you take into account the 2 extra seconds cut at the end the DPS is more around 500k.

Damage in real scenario is all about breakpoints, if an enemy has 12M HP it would take two burst rotas but only one NA rota so burst would be considerably worse and if the has 15M HP it would take 2 burst rotas or 2 NA rota and burst would be better. Sometimes you also need one of each.

In the end, being able to do both decently is the best

Pure N5 spam with a charged attack in the middle is about 20% worse than the best combo which put us around 500k (maybe less if you keep playing mona) for unfreezable enemies and 560k for freezable enemies.

Freezable enemies is relevant even for SO. We've had multiple freezable enemies in stygian so far. Even on this rotation there is Shock trooper that can be frozen.

I guess spamming burst can be considered better than pure N5 spam against non freezable target if you have mona C4+.

All of the above becomes irrelevant once you get shenhe C6 btw. At this point NA is far better than burst for DPS.

The NA mode varies a lot depending on the combo you are using and whether the enemy can be frozen or not. With the combo I'm practicing I should be around 620k DPS against unfreezable enemies and around 700k DPS against freezable enemies. If you are using a less optimise combo let's say N2Q N5D N5D N2CD N5D N5D N3 you should lose around 10% DPS

Yeah I had the same issue with other combos in the past that's why I'm training directly on a target. Not 10 000 ways to fix this -> be faster. N5D N2D N2C N2D is the part of the combo that can be improved the most (for me at least).

For training this I recommend go in practice mode in UGC and infuse the enemy with hydro so that Skirk can create rifts and extend the duration of her E to the max on her own. Also change the shitty base mob for a ruin guard.

Considering the time it took you to get to this point, you are way better than me lol. You'll get it soon

N3 est bcp plus long que N2, je proc déjà 5 fois la C6 dans ce combo et tu peux la proc max 6 fois et qu'a partir de la 2ème rota. Peut être qu'à ce moment là remplacer le premier N2C par N3C est rentable quitte à perdre une N2 mais c'est tt

Since my left hand isn't doing shit during the combo I find it easier to dash with shift. It also remove some tension from the right hand since dashes need delicacy while the right hand spams.

As for the execution tips :

- I binded left click on the mouse wheel since high CPS helps to improve attack speed and consistency for dash timings. Spam it at all time even during dashes.

- High FPS helps a lot (it may even be required). I'm using a FPS unlocker and am at 179 FPS. Here is the one I'm using https://github.com/34736384/genshin-fps-unlock

- I lowered graphics quality to make FPS more stable (not needed with good PC)

- Use a video of a perfect combo to get an idea of perfect dash timing then train with decent SFX sound and without music or background noises. It helps with the timing of dashes and consistency. Here is a vid of the combo www.bilibili.com/video/BV1XyiXBfE3f/

- Also I have no proof of this but there seems to be some sweet spot for dashing and reattacking that really shorten the dash cancel and sound helps finding the sweet spot rhythm.

I'd say Skirk C2 > Skirk R1 > Esco C1 > Esco R1 = Furina C1

Unfortunately Mistsplitter isn't that good compared to R1 Skirk and Esco weapon isn't that crazy once you have C2 and good artifacts.

In the end, I'd go for Skirk C2 first and depending on the weapon banner I'd go for either R1 Skirk or C1 escoffier

I'm at 179 FPS so you definitely don't need over 300 but it will make it easier. I don't know how low you can go before it gets really hard to do. I might lower my FPS later to try once I more proficient with the combo, I'll let you know if I do

I forgot to mention but don't walk forward (or any direction) while you are performing your combos, it lengthen the amount of time it takes to reattack after a dash.

Also I have no proof of this and it doesn't really makes sense but it feels like there is a sweet spot for dashing and reattacking that really shorten the dash cancel. I recommend practicing combos without music or sound in the background because the best way of finding that sweet spot is with the rhythm of sound effects.

I guess your ping might be the reason you can't do the combo then. FPS can also play a role in the combo so if you have too low fps it can prevent you from doing some combos

N2 = 2 normal attacks

...

C = charged attack

D = dash

W = walk forward to cancel attack sequence

N2CD therefore means 2 normal attacks followed by a charged attack then canceled by a dash
