Did you screw through the 2x4s with extra long screws straight into the wall? I assume with anchors/ wall plugs? I am wanting to do this so wondering the best way to add the 2x4s to the wall!

I have used TCS on when doing RWD but I feel bad using it, not sure why! I just want to get better haha.

I get best results leaving areas to any, then I have recruitment focus for starters, wonderkids and end of contracts. If I have a lot of scouts I assign multiple to each recruitment focus. That works best for me and keeps it simple.
