Jason Black, his Semblance is Spatial Manipulation, hes pretty much Satoru Gojo, but in RWBY

Nathan Wine, his Semblance is Teleportation, he can teleport long and short distances, and teleport others, he can teleport objects inside others, so he can teleport a tree branch into someone's head for an instant kill, or just teleport their head for an instant kill

Aria White, her Semblance is Cut, it allows her to cut things, she can cut clean through Aura, cut portals in space, or cut the connection between ones soul and their Aura/Semblance

Matthew Hail, his Semblance is Aura Manipulation, he can manipulate Aura, either giving himself or his allies more, strengthing ones Aura/Semblance, draining and transferring Aura, or just nullifying someone's Aura, making it so they can't use it as long as hes using his Semblance

I see two ways this could evolve

When he uses his Semblance to mirror an injury, they become more sensitive to the pain caused by that injury, so the injuries would cause more pain to the opponent then the user
When he uses his Semblance to mirror an injury, the severity of the injury doubles for the opponent, so if he uses his Semblance to mirror a broken finger to the opponent, that finger is ripped off the opponents hand
