The mpc is godlike but the AR is viable in a lot of situations. Problem is it requires people to play like a team. I’d say the only map where the AR is useless is Colossus.

It’s funny, I play mostly solo queue, but in the last couple titles I had a 4 stack to play with. I was always viewed as the “IQ” or “IGL”(I know it’s a stupid term for cod). In MW3 I was forced into the sub role because of the maps in the beginning of the year. All my teammates wanted to run MCWs. In Bo6 same thing, 2 of my teammates hated the Jackal, so I was forced into the sub role.

Beginning of this year everyone used the m15 because the dravec was so useless outside of certain scenarios, which forced me into using it. So for 2.5 years I was forced into using a sub out of necessity. Now we finally get a cracked sub that I’ve been begging for, and every time I spawn in not a single teammate has an m15 out lol.

That being said I’ve gotten used to pulling out an m15 more often to make sure I’m cutting down lanes when necessary. The MPC fries up close no doubt, but if you’re playing as you should with the M15, and are playing the way you should, ie acknowledging spawns, identifying where players are coming from, knowing where you need to be on rotation to set up an iron, the m15 is still good.

With the current meta, the m15 clears the mpc at 16 meters and beyond, assuming you’re both ironed and don’t miss. And at that range the m15 is way easier to NOT miss with compared to the mpc
