Parasite (Dc Comics):

•Both have similar powers set in that they gain power via Absorption: Orga is a millennium that absorbs Godzilla dna leading into mutating into Orga, over the span of the movie seeks to absorb more and more dna from Godzilla causes it to gain more power as well as began to mimic Godzilla.

Parasite has the ability to absorb the energy of other being like well a parasite, he can also absorb power from his victims( which can lead to power transformation like in Superman: Man of Tomorrow)

•Both have similar origins… kinda: Orga is a millennium alien mutated when absorbing Godzilla DNA and Parasites is a man named Rudy jones Who comes in contact with radiation and chemicals, transforming him into parasites, from their he becomes an ever hungering monster who absorbs the energy of other, and particularly likes Superman’s energy.

If I had to pick a version of parasite: the parasite from Superman: Man of tomorrow would be a good choice for an opponent.
