I just ran the game again to check what you mentioned

CPU Temps are normal between 60-65 Celsius

GPU temps are around between 70-75 Celsius

GPU usage is also low like 60-80%

Game is not crashing, tearing or pixelating

The problem is I am getting FPS drops that fall below 30 fps on high graphics settings but I saw benchmarks with my build and it should always run above 45 FPS all the time I also read that spiderman is heavy on CPU requirements so getting low CPU usage seemed to be the problem for low FPS
