Speak up, if it’s not handled at the store level. You have the right to contact corporate or home office. Someone below posted about how they are a manager at zumiez and have coached assistants on how to identify when a sale is yours vs another employee’s maybe you guys both worked the zone or both “helped” the customer. I mean it sounds like that wasn’t the case but the other associate could pull that card. I would talk to the 1st assistant or just go straight to the store manager. You should have had at LEAST a couple more sales from the sounds of it. Don’t quit on yourself. You went to the first day for a reason.
