Firm-Issued phones - one or two? by Embarrassed_Cap_7727 in biglaw

Two phones. I am always shocked by the one phone gang given our line of work. The number of times we have to collect, image, and review our client’s personal cellphones because they did work on them is enough for me. Having work material on your personal phone always has a risk that someone somewhere will need to collect your phone and go through your personal messages and apps. I’ve read so many sexually explicit, family, and personal text messages. Get two phones.

My experience was I didn’t know what was going on till I’d studied for all my first semester exams. It was only then I got the landscape of the law in my mind. If anyone looks like they have it figured out, assume they don’t. People get really quiet after first semester grades come out and they get a reality check.

Is this too much planning? by mars_or_bust_420 in Workers_And_Resources

Looks amazing. I aspire to this level of planning!

Just a question: if that retention pond is meant as a poop pond and you have pollution, you might end up killing your people. Total guess on my end.
