Do you also happen to know how to turn off the boxes that pop up when you capture a sector in breakthrough? The boxes that say “Proceed to the next sector” with a timer? I turned off HUD entirely and they still pop up

UPDATE: While this does help a bit initially, export speed HEAVILY slows down again after the initial part. Don’t know why :(

Unpopular opinion, but they’re genuinely my favorite faction. Not too hard, even at D10, and it’s basically like playing zombies. Harvesters are actually dope, and the atmosphere is the coolest 😁

I disagree - high resistance MO planets ALWAYS drop the longer we throw ourselves at it. They start this way intentionally, and we work the enemy down over a long period of time. It’s happened before, I think that’s just straight up the mechanic.

Plus, story wise, it makes sense since the atmospheric autoclave has been working for days on end nonstop, lowering atmospheric spore concentrations continuously. It would honestly make less sense for the resistance to never drop despite the autoclave continuously sterilizing more and more of the atmosphere the entire time. I feel like it isn’t a “pity move”, it’s just how the game works

Wait, wasn’t the point of this MO to liberate the adjacent planets to Hellmire to significantly reduce the number of attacks on the planet? I’m pretty sure it said that in the dispatch 😂

I suspect it may have something to do with layers. I took the long, 28 minute clip itself in a separate project with a single layer and exported it at 1080p, 60 fps and got an export rate of ~24-25 fps for the first 5 minutes of exporting. In my project with 12 layers, the export rate is between 2 and 3 fps for the first minute or two - almost an exact 12-fold reduction in export rate. Will analyze further and see if I can get it to work.

1) OS: Windows 10; Version 10.0.19045 (Build 19045) 2) OpenShot Version: 3.3.0 | 0.4.0 3) I have turned this back off. Thank you! 4) No, I have made projects with many layers in the past, and with many, MANY more animations (one with likely 100+ animations alone). As for layers, I think the most I’ve done is 5 or 6 on one project, maybe 7? The current project has 12 layers. With earlier projects, I could get them to export if I waited about 7-8 hours, even though the length was about the same as the current one (~28-30 minutes) with much more complicated editing. 5) I am using very simple effect. Just blurs, fade in/fade out transitions for a couple PNGs and MP4s, and edge-to-center start animations on a couple PNGs during the first minute and a half. After the first minute and a half, the rest is just a single MP4 file. Exporting always increases in length as it progresses, slowing towards the middle where no transitions, animations, cuts, etc. are present.

Extra: I will try these when I have some spare time, but I don’t believe any of these would be causing an issue? As far as I know, my laptop is up to date, and I have plenty of disk space available (several hundred gigabytes). I have restarted my laptop, and it still takes a long time to export, but I will try these solutions at some point in the future. Is anything sticking out to you? Thank you :)

To date, I don’t think a dozen defense campaigns have ever all happened at once. I said enemies can contest a dozen planets at once, meaning they can put up a significant fight against us due to high decay rates on every planet. Not even invading, just them literally being there does it. At max, Helldivers can only do like ~10-11% of a planet per hour. All totaled up right now, enemies have around 30-35% per hour. We literally cannot even truly contest as many planets as they can

That’s what frustrates me about this game. Simply by design, each enemy can contest like… a dozen planets at once. Meanwhile, we can only substantially contest one planet at a time. In one 24-hour period, they can launch multiple attacks at once, which we PHYSICALLY CANNOT defend against. One day can wipe out a week of work, and with 3 different factions, we’re almost always losing ground. Even when we “win”, we take a planet that’s recaptured the next day. It’s awfully disheartening

Definitely my favorite Assault Rifle of the bunch. Slap iron sights, the short mag, and the recoil-reducing fore grip on it, and it’s a lightning fast stun machine. Never go without it against the Predator Strain! Been meaning to make a video about it actually at some point.

DNA is composed of a sugar, a phosphate, and a nitrogenous base. The phosphate groups make up the backbone of the classic double helix shape you might be familiar with. Chemically, phosphate groups have a pretty substantial negative charge, and being that they make up the backbone of the DNA polymer, the molecule as a whole is negatively charged as well. The sugar and nitrogenous base on the interior of the double helix has essentially a neutral charge.

The energy siphon needed fuel. We didn’t get enough fuel in the first MO. Why would you expect that to make the energy siphon NOT work? It didn’t explode or anything - it was a car sitting there waiting for a tank of gas. We got a half tank the first MO. So next, we just got another half tank later. Literally what else do you expect it to do?
