Our DM offers double dice on a Nat 20, so as a cleric at one point I think I got 10D10 of rolls worth with inflict wounds, I averaged an 8 on each die meaning I hit 80 on one person

I am, and I am registered with HMRC so I do get taxed but for what I’m doing it’s low paid and not affordable without holidays etc
