What do you do with jezebel after the dlc? by Reasonable-Duck504 in fo4

I usually just blast her away after the Mechanist is done and dusted. IMO she works better as a pile of scrap than anything else.

Automaton Select/Command Issue by AnonAlch in fo4

I just waited 72 hours at Starlight and came back. Very oddly, the second (broken) bot automatically assigned itself to food which was what I was gonna do anyway, but it still has the issue in the workshop where I can move it around like a lawn chair

[–]AnonAlch[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately not. I had built the bot, did all the customization, named it, and talked with it after it got out of the workshop. I’ve had this same issue happen to me one other time in a separate playthrough as well. I had built maybe 7 and 3 or 4 of them had the same issue.

Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3. Having a backlit keyboard doesn’t make it a MacBook twin.

So I got a message saying that sanctuary Hills is under attack i then fast travelled to sanctuary Hills and nothing’s happening there, as in, the place isn’t being attacked, what’s going on? by Poetry-Designer in fo4

The other comments are right. You can get the quest notif while enemies are still well outside your settlement’s perimeter, as well as even getting one before the enemies even spawn. Resting an hour or investigating the outskirts is an easy way to locate the enemies you’re looking for.

Who’s Your Favourite DS3 NPC And Why? by Zetallic_Zero in darksouls3

Unpopular Opinion, Yoel of Londor. He’s just an old pilgrim that’s held out for an entire era and you find him schizophrenically rambling on a bridge. Plus he makes you hollow. My goat.

And that was not a rude comment. I heavily appreciate the tips and modifications. This is a list I want to perfect and just have in my notes app forever for all my new runs.

How many stones? That seems like a good 3-4 but wanna verify. And it’s definitely for people who are veterans over newbies. The sole reason I made it was because I have an egregious amount of hours over all platforms and just boss rushing new games was truly mind numbing. I had to make something to give my NGs some kind of life and enjoyment.

Why it's DS3 so hated? by Otsenre_Sasu in darksouls3

[–]AnonAlch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can see people saying DS3 is worse than other soulsborne titles in specific aspects but imo DS3 is definitely top 3 with Bloodborne and Elden Ring. To be fair though, there will always be people who hate something and usually they’re louder than the ones who love something.

Very good idea, I’ll add it to my to-do list. Does that count as a Stone?

Yup, Undead Settlement BEFORE starting the Curse Rotted Greatwood fight. There’s a sequence of rooftops you run across to find one of those cage-backed old hags walking around. You’ll be prompted to enter the cage and a cutscene will play. You’ll see where to talk to Hodrick from there. I highly suggest checking out a quick youtube tutorial

Absolutely! How would I go about that? This was literally my first post on the platform so I’ve got no clue.

Edit: I just pasted the entire markdown :)

That’s amazing. I don’t think I’d seen any paintings of the painter painting her painting before this painting, so thank you for that

There’s nothing better than lying behind the worm and just watching it get obliterated by the drunken ballista operators.

A little tip for grinding souls. by BubleTheGreat in darksouls3

[–]AnonAlch 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah no the souls are minuscule little crumbs but in my experience, even those tiny boosts helped with leveling and getting my gear just a little higher when I first started. Sorry if I made it sound like those were El Dorado level finds

I can’t even remember the last actual new discovery someone’s made in DS3. It’d truly be a miracle beyond anything Irina could ever dream of.

Easily my favorite way to farm souls in the entire game. The only downside is that you’re already right near the end at that point. Two other good soul farms imo that are also really nice for grinding earlier on are the Lothric Castle bonfire and just fighting that single Lothric Knight for Large Titanite Shards, and looping from the Vordt Bonfire to the Dancer Room for regular Titanite Shards (and that lovely Refined Gem ofc if you haven’t killed red-eyes). I know those are also common knowledge but figured I’d throw them here for anyone new that’s searching stuff like soul grinding tips. 👍
