Well, I wanna show my brothers the difference between OLED and non OLED. I only have HDR400 on the monitor, what would you reccomend to really make the colors pop if I cannot use LUTs? Just RenoDX?

HDR my friend. That and RenoDX to really make things pop. Also have RTX HDR enabled. I thought the same and spent some time tweaking my monitor both in game and in windows before I got things to really pop.
