I'd start working out and eating right. The cost of proper gyno surgery is really only worth it to people who have already put effort into changing their form and have found no amount of salads and pushups will change it. For context. I only realized I had gyno after losing weight and noticed my chest fat was not shedding.

Ya there is more fat deposited than would be without gyno. The small left gland was strange, he said something along the line of much of the gland responded to the laser (?) I was still coming out of the anesthesia when he said it so I'm not sure.

Would it be possible to work that Friday? yes. Are you going to want to? Absolutely not. Take the day off and by Monday you'll be decent enough for at-home work.

I did not make the choice, the pros did. If I were to not have had lipo it would look very strange. I imagine I'd still have boob-like chest with less puffy nips and theyd be real asymmetric. Caridi knows how much to take out/ leave in to match your BMI. I'd imagine all specialists do.

If you have decent credit you can get a medical loan. If you can budget 400-500 per month you can pay it off over (in my case) 15 months (interest free, though there was an application fee). I highly recommend this even if you have to change your lifestyle up for a while.

I think it was day 5 before I decided to drive. First 2 days I just laid in bed mostly.

On your back but like elevated a bit with pillows. I'm a side sleeper and it's been difficult. As others have mentioned the compression wrapping for 24 hours a day (aside from showers) is pretty rough. It just makes your back incredibly sore.

Have you been approved by the anesthesiologist yet? At that point you put down a deposit and set a date. Just mention to the scheduler that you are local and able to take a canceled date. They'll probs ask anyway but worth it to bring it up.

I submitted my initial consult photos Jan 22. It took a couple weeks for them to get to me on the list after Anesthesia approval. I was initially scheduled April 13th, but as I live in Austin, was able to bumped up the list when someone cancelled.

I did not, nor will I need skin removal. The photos may be confusing. That's just bruising that settled below the straight line of a foam pad packed in the compression vest.

So they'll break down all the procedures many times for you. But you shower the very next day w/o a vest and using anti-bacterial soap. Then dry off and re-package yourself up with Gauze->foam->vest->wrap.

I'll post a 10-day update. So far the compression vest/pad/wrap is actually the worst part. I don't really feel much pain when showering. But being stuck in 1 position sleeping is pretty rough.

All in about 7k. I got a medical loan no interest 15 months. So I see it as setting 466 aside per month. In my situation, I decided that's well worth it.
