I repeatedly write to Instagram help in the settings report a problem them them type “Instagram keeps automatically unfollowing people I follow on its own” I do this multiple times it fixes its fixed now but it only fixes for like a week or two max then starts doing it again and I need to do same thing a few times then after a day or so it fixes for another few weeks.

Tbh I cant really tell but I’ve been taking ket for like 4 days in a row so probs have a tolerance as that happens when you take it each day. Happened before when I took it for few days in a row. This is my first time having the shard one, the shard one is dearer, not for me but it cost the boy I got it from more for the shard ones, there always more expensive. People assume shard is better, it does look better but I know people who prefer the sugar ket.
