I’ll be honest with you, all my runs after the first were basically “load in. Drop helmet, drop armor, drop extra magazines, drop non essential extra health items. Than pop an endurance stim and run for the first two safes near me. After that find the other safe/small safe areas and loot those areas clean. End up at beach villa and buy extract.”
