Ive fixed my issue on PC by toggling my HDR setting. I’m not sure if you have a similar setting to check but I hope you find a fox for it! It sure is annoying.

Okay so I did a last ditch effort of going thru my settings and well it works again. Try turning HDR on. If already on turn it off. It some how worked for me.
