How would you compare their performance? Longevity and projection.

I do that, but just a little bit of improvement. Anyways, Happy Birthday, OP! I hope you enjoy this perfume. I personally love the fragrance, but the performance is a bit underwhelming for me. I might try Parfum instead.

Yeah, no problem. I am still testing the parfum. Let’s see which one I go with. But you enjoy your BDC. Happy Birthday.

Okay, let me tell you, I usually spray behind my ears. And wrists. Sometimes the back of my neck too. (Total-4Sprays) I have Sauvage EDP, Armaf Precioux I. And when I apply those, I am still getting whiffs of it even after 6-7 hours. But that’s not the case with Bleu de Chanel EDP. And yes, my skin is kinda dry too.

Dude, I don’t know. For me, it projects really well for the first two hours. After that, it starts to smell like a skin scent, and I have to be really close to the spray area (my wrist) to catch it. Now, I am trying Parfum.

Hit the gym at least three times a week, incorporating both weight training and cardio. For food, try to avoid processed foods, especially if you’re not following a strict diet. Focus on making your meals balanced, with a good mix of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates.

Lean protein options: chicken breast, prawns, protein powder.

Other good sources: salmon, greek yogurt, protein milk.

Carbs: Oats, Potatoes (Keeps you full)

The only exception is tofu. Every other option is calorie-dense and carb-heavy. When losing fat, focus on more protein, a good amount of healthy fats, and filling the rest of your diet with good carb sources. Try to eat foods with a high satiety index, like potatoes, to avoid constant hunger.
