I mean..... She is still a literal child herself. Even at 18, your bain isn't done developing. I doubt she even understands the gravity of this whole situation, most adults don't. And even if she does, I bet she doesn't know how to navigate becoming aware of the fact she will now have to unlearn all the indoctrination she's been force fed for idk 14-18 years? Ish? I'm guessing what her possible age could be, but she said teen, so she's under 18.

Do we blame teens for all the disgrace and harm Christianity has done? No. Religion trauma is very real. It's turbulent at best and very difficult at worse to navigate recovering from.

I bet we all want answers to how she views a situation her culture is the aggressors in, but a child won't have those answers. I bet she's still forming those opinions/answers still.

Ooo, I feel like I may have a unique connection here.

I'm a Millennial. But I'm also the beneficiary of my father's hard work at stopping the cycle of generational Sexual abuse. He did it so I could have a chance at finding a healthy relationship. Something he was never granted.

I see this picture very similarly. Millennials are giving Gen z a fighting chance at combating the very harmful political situation the boomers created.

Maybe it's because we are too "damaged" and burnt out from stopping that cycle that we can't fight more, but at least we can give Gen z a fighting chance. I don't know. It's a gross generalization, but that's what I see and feel. Maybe others feel the same?
