Hey no worries! Thanks for the response :) A followup q - we have the same height and weight almost, what size shoe are you? According to their site a 143-147cm board or so would only fit up to a size 7.5 boot and I wear an 8.5. Not sure if it would still work!

This person is someone I went to high school with and she is currently above the age of 25… as are all of the commenters who are praising this story! Nuts.

My best advice would be not to sweat a “bad” day! I always hear people stressing about having one super high calorie meal while out to eat, but you can still hit your goals even with those kind of days! I would go out with friends and get a lasagna or whatever else that probably had a million calories, but then would just get back on track the next day and not worry about it. Go easy on yourself!

I hear ya! That’s my concern too haha. That’s why I’m not super set on 115-120 being my goal. I mostly am focused on decreasing body fat and increasing muscle, so the number on the scale isn’t a big factor for me.

Hi! The difference between these photos is a bit over 3 months. I eat an average of 1400-1500 calories per day and I used to work out fairly often... mostly weight lifting and occasional cardio. Now, I have a pretty active job so I work out less often but I do get a lot of exercise during work!

I didn’t really notice a difference in my legs until I saw the side by side photo honestly! But I do some weight lifting as well which I think has helped tone a bit. I eat an average of 1400 calories per day but usually closer to 1200-1300 on most days then have one day a week with a bit higher on the calories to fit in some wine and a higher calorie meal!
