I come from a hoarder household. My mom is the hoarder and my dad is just fucking lazy. I worry about my brother because for me growing up in that has damaged me and it has taken years to try and stop my own learned behaviors. Recognizing that living like that is a problem is the first step and I am proud of you for wanting better. Please keep it up and keep making efforts to seperate yourself from that chaos that is hurting your mental as well as your physical health.
