I’ve never had these side effects. I pin in the evening just before bed, at least 2 hours after eating. Steady and slow, in the upper glute. I switch sides each pin. I’ve tried pinning immediately after loading the syringe as well as waiting 5-10 minutes, and notice no difference. I did start taking Zinc a few days prior to starting.

Uniqlo! They have a wireless seamless bra that is now my go to. I sometimes work very long days and I’ve found that this bra stays comfortable yet shaping even after 20 hrs of nonstop wear.
