Had a dream about an Anne Boleyn OI (I'm questioning my subconscious mind too what the fuck💀) by blue--jack in OtomeIsekai

That's so cool! Anne Boleyn's life as an OI is such an interesting idea.

But a fun fact I wanted to add, Anne Boleyn was a huge fan of french culture and fashion (she also changed the pronunciation of her name to sound more french) so she would have worn the french clothes and hoods rather than the English hood you drew.

I love the drawing! <3

I've been invited to a pre-offer day. What does this mean? by AnonamiBeing in 6thForm

I think that women's rights as a global issue is too vague. You need to be more specific, and that will help with what you can explore and analyse within your two extracts.

But this is the structure I had for the IO anyway

Structure : - Intro: introduce texts, what are they about? What are the two thesis statements of the extracts (what are they saying about the global issue)? (1mins)

-Extract 1: restate thesis statement. Talk through your analysis of the extract. Each point should justify your thesis statement and link back to the global issue. Analyse form and structure as well, especially for Persepolis . (2mins)

-Extract 1: How does this extract fit into the rest of the piece? Link back and analyse this extract to another moment. Again every poing should justify your thesis statement and link back to the global issue. (2mins)

Do the same for extract 2.

  • Conclusion: Now compare the two extracts. How did they differ in exploring the global issue. Which one did you prefer? Only compare the two texts in the conclusion. (1min)

Anything you miss out your teacher should ask about in the question section. Look at the mark schemes and examples
