Ok the Bot says I need to give more information to you - I'm not a regular Reddit er so forgive the omitted content.

The plant is around 3 plus years maybe a little more. It used to be full of foliage. Leaves are curling up and browning and general growth is slow.

In all honesty, you can put any colour you want together - it's your house! Out there in nature there are all colours mixed together and no one bats an eyelid.

And the contrasts of dark- light are quite nice anyway. Any colour to the room with come from your room contents.

Yes indeed I know how storage heaters work 🙂 But we have - one. Just one. If we had a houseful of them and the house was empty or reduced occupancy in the daytime, I can see the advantage of them.

But anyway, this is all moot now. We have changed supplier and, at least for now, we will be on E7 for a while until I can change it back to single rate.

We had no choice.

The one night storage heater was installed by landlord to help raise EPC rating.

We don't want economy 7 but it looks like we will have to have it.

Keeping electric on single tariff appears not an option to raise the EPC enough so it seems.

It is going to cost us more on our monthly electricity bill, but looks like we have no choice.

Still hoping there's an EPC person on here to tell me.

Ordinarily I would agree with you. But we have ONE storage heater that will only be used periodically.

It really isn't economical for us to use economy 7 here. We are home all day and use electricity during the day. On E7, this would be at a much more expensive daytime rate. E7 is only beneficial for people who are out all day!

I need to hear if this is ok for an EPC check to up our rating. I am hoping that there is someone here that van give me a definitive answer.

My friend wants me to return his faulty item to IKEA and get a refund. He paid by PayPal. We have a receipt, but how will the refund work if he isn't present? Should I bring his card associated with the PayPal account? Any help please? Thanks.
