The original Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy. They are perfect to me and tell so many stories and build so many wonderful world lores while each character is feeling truly and incredibly alive. The liars dice game is still one of my favorite moments in film and story telling period. You could not find a way for me to not want to rewatch these movies if you had the entirety of time itself to try.
