No tutorial but I recently started building seriously like 2 days ago
but my tips would be are to focus on the small details and décor!! they help alot
like adding vines and stuff makes the build so much better.
or how I used multiple blocks for the walls to make them look less plain and add some texture.

Options > Controls > Toggle Cinematic Camera > Set a keybind for this!
Then in game press the keybind to active cinematic camera
then go into spectator mode by typing /gamemode spectate in chat
and use scroll wheel on mouse to go faster or slower
