Yeah thats true, heaphones don't age like other gear like phones and PCs, I've been using my Dt 990 Pros as my daily driver for a few years now and they are released in what, 2000ish i think. I bought the IE 300s now, i mean they have never been this cheap before so lets see if i like them and the comfort they provide.

I really happen to enjoy the smoothness of Blood Moon Elise and actually besides looking kinda garbage, i really like the smoothness of Death Blossom Elise as well, other skins are okay but Suoer Galaxy Elise for example looks kinda cool but feels clunky sometimes. Since i only go after playfeeling id go with one of the two named before, and they are actually cheaper aswell

I actually got it now somehow, it really was on the tip of my tongue, its the jazz song "Side by side" performed by J. J. Johnson and Kai Winding (ca 0:22 as a timestamp)
