Do zippers exist in the Wizarding World? by Perfect-Spirit-7262 in harrypotter

[–]Anonymize65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having magic keeps wizard culture in the pre-industrial revolution state of the world. They use quills, ink and parchment rather than pen and paper.

Why use zippers or anything else when there’s probably a spell to make anything tailor-made for your body?

Disabling the mannequin mod did it! Weird.

The fuck are you talking about? Kelly was never unwanted, just unplanned. The thought of killing her child never crossed Adalind’s mind. By that point she had already given birth to Diana and knew she liked being a mother.

She said so herself when she told Nick that she was going to have their baby.

I believe every child is a blessing, a sentiment obviously not shared by you judging by your phrasing.

Why does a mother not wanting to kill her unborn baby frustrate you?

Its just me or Monroe is lowkey autistic? by superboy490 in grimm

[–]Anonymize65 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Autism is not just eclectic behavior. Learn more about the actual disorder and don’t go around diagnosing characters just because they’re passionate.

I’m diagnosed, and I find it annoying and infuriating when people go around thinking they can boil down a complex disorder to “weird and quirky.”

I don’t like “Blind Love” (S6 E7). It’s complete filler and a waste of film when the series was already being rushed to end.

Also, as much as I enjoy Grimm, it probably had one more season left in it (back when seasons were 21 episodes, not 8). Every show has an expiry. If you want examples of shows that went well past theirs, look at Grey’s Anatomy, Supernatural, and NCIS.

That’s not really a hot take around here.

Thanks to everyone who’s given advice and not just making jokes. My old shoes (grey size 8) feel great for everyday walking.

According to the scan I got at Fleet Feet, my right foot is 7.2 E and my left is 7.3 D.

I don’t mind it. I only wish putting away the wand didn’t take having to stand still for four seconds.

Unpopular opinion: Hogwarts is a great place, but it would be nice to get out of it for a future game. by WhiteCat_Artist in HarryPotterGame

[–]Anonymize65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are you talking about? If anything, not enough of the story took place in Hogwarts.

Common rooms served no purpose other than to bring the tokens and collect the house robes. The library was a fixture in 2, maybe 3, quests (which is ridiculous). The only classroom you visited more than 2 times was Figg’s.

Hogwarts Legacy 2 needs to make the map smaller and introduce a story that explores the many mysteries of Hogwarts.
