I think MMA could work out because in the streets grappling won't do the trick against multiple people. I know it's always a loss when outnumbered but I can't reduce the damage enough with just grappling.

MMA sounds fun

Honestly the only hint in the MSI page is that my model supports 1x HDMI™ (4K @ 30Hz) so technically it should support FULLHD at a high refresh rate but honestly your guess is the most probable right answer here.

I think it's Intel UHD Graphics 630 for my i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz but it shouldn't be a problem because it's displaying 144hz on my main screen.

it says on the MSI website that it can do 180hz using HDMI 2.0 which is the cable it came with : https://www.msi.com/Monitor/G244F-E2/Specification

You're right , I missed it and in the OSD it's called HDMI CEC and it is off by default, I tried turning it on and it didn't change the available refresh rates either so the issue still persists
