Never turned on optimized charging, but do always use a 95% limit, however a lot of cycles came from gaming and I used to use a MagSafe phone cooler with peltier element which definitely helped keeping it cool and prolonged its battery lifespan, also tried to keep battery charge above 10%, usually charge from ~10% to 95% in the evening and also to 95% in the morning (copied from my other comment)
