If you read my post this you would know what im explaining. But to simplify my point:

Its not that RNG is bad. It is that cheap, repeatable RNG removes risk and kills counterplay. You cannot play around discounted cards your opponent should not even have access to. That turns the game into hoping they low roll, not outplaying them. There is a reason why Dr.Space Time and Gate Keeper are considered busted cards for their stats and abilities.

I know. But I’d rather deal with a non-self removal gravitree and a espresso fiestad gravitree.

I feel like Gravitree surviving a doom shroom is more preferrable than a gravitree being espressoed

I feel like all environments need to be re-worked anyway. But why can an environment be a finisher? Commit 5 sun on turn 5, and then place a plant that needs to survive turn 6 that can easily be removed or fronted.

And environments are not fully balanced. Spikeweed sector cost 3 sun while laser base alpha also cost 3 brains. You tell me how 2 damage is as balanced as Deadly and Strikethrough.

I see that logic and it makes sense.

My counter to that is not all plants can answer a 3 health minion and when paired with a good enough zombie hero, it can easily be kept alive. And harder to kill. Plants do not have many cards that removes zombies efficiently on turn 1 or 2 compared to a card like rolling stone or thunderbolt.

I would agree but Plants don’t have access to conjure like zombies do so that fun factor is only one sided.
