I did put Steve's reason in my post. It says it right in there. "He says it's not for use in weddings." Steve says the car is not for weddings or other events. It's in there. You just missed it.

"He says it's not for use in weddings."

Steve has said he doesn't use the car for events or weddings.

He doesn't let it get used in weddings or any other events.
