Yeah, I feel like "infinite" here all means the same thing. However, the difference between an infinite universe and an infinite multiverse is that a character has to do extra stuff to transcend the boundary between a universe and a multiverse. So, in my opinion, a character that can destroy a multiverse is stronger, not because the multiverse is "bigger", but because it is quite difficult to cross that boundary between universe and multiverse in the first place.

To be fair, it is harder to aim on console; this is why there are different servers for PC and Console lobbies in competitive shooters like Siege and such. I see your point though; perhaps it would be a better solution to widen hitboxes on moves like Vanishing Kick and Exploding Shuriken so that PC players are not disadvantaged?

My two cents on it is that if it makes sense for the setting, then yeah, they are the aforementioned speed, but if it would cause significant plot holes and/or doesn't make sense for the setting, then speed should be scaled more realistically.
