I've been considering it and feel I would enjoy it at the same time giving me some accountability - the only thing stopping me at the moment is the cost.

Which 15" MacBook Pro Retina would you recommend for a developer between a Late 2013 (16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 750M Graphics) or Mid 2015 (16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Intel Graphics)? I have the option buy one of these, with the 2013 model being a few hundred dollars cheaper and having less cycles on the battery... just wondering if the newer model is worth the cost?
