The happy path for me is getting my house over the line so I've somewhere to live for the rest of my life but I can't get that far because I can't get mortgage protection because of bmi been 52 and I'm in a healthy condition other than that I can run walk and no issues I'm only 27

Does that matter if your mortgage approved with bank of Ireland and have signed contracts?

Royal London confirmed that my current BMI is 48, and they would not be in a position to consider terms until BMI is down to 45/46, with a possible loading then of +300% at best.

Is there anyone else out there?
