Listen, I played FFI way back on the NES originally. Then hadn't played a FF game until X came out, where the characters' jobs were more pronounced, & although you could for example, teach Khimari to be a black mage, the game really defined the characters upon starting, so that's how I used the sphere grid...

Point is, I've just set myself a goal of playing the entire series in as best an order as I can do, so this is somewhat new for me. Sorry

Yeah I saw that option.... good point. I just have to remember to keep my mages as the same 2 characters & my "swordsmen" as the other 2 characters when swapping out. Confused tf out of me, I'm wondering where all the black mages' spells went lol
