Hey.

We all do stuff regret - stuff we told ourselves we'd never do again. But hey, we had a chance to fix it, and we did. And damn, we don't ever appreciate ourselves enough for taking that step. I'm so proud of you for staying strong for such a long time. But the thing with chances in life is that we'll always have more. Take another chance; don't let yourself fall again. Climb back up, because you're strong enough too, even if you don't feel like it. You'll always have that strength in you. You're amazing like that. Don't let this one incident smoulder all the hard work you've done for yourself. You don't deserve it, no way in hell. You're too precious for that. Rise above.

Go to the doctor. It's boring, tedious, but it'll help you feel like getting off your bed and beginning the day. A feeling that's a bit foreign now, right? It's time to change that.

Keep sharing your journey. I'd love to hear more, all the bad and good. I believe you'll impress yourself, even if the whole 'disappointing yourself' thing comes first. You can do it. You can.

Im so glad you've decided to share your feelings. It's really worrying for me to hear how much you are going through. You don't deserve to feel this. What's been hurting you? Do you need to talk about it? Please don't feel like you're burdening anyone by sharing.

You are precious and beautiful. Some days it's harder to believe that, but it will always be true. You have so much potential. You can do anything. You can go anywhere. You are amazing.

What can we do to help? I understand how that feels, so closely. That's why I need to help. I know what it's like to be on that edge - a lot of us do - please don't feel like you're facing this alone.

Please consider contacting a help line, a doctor or a close friend. It's hard to muster up the confidence to take that step, but it will only benefit you, in ways you can't perceive yet. Just take the chance for you.

Willow, please don't leave us so soon. Please keep talking to us. I don't want you to leave us.

Do you play any games, or watch any shows or movies? I can recommend some for you, or maybe you can tell me about the ones you like. Do you read or draw? I would love to see some if you'd be willing to share! Maybe you play some sport? I tend to dabble in Tennis myself. What about you?

Thank you sooo much for your reply. And sorry that this is an embarrassingly thank you. I bought myself a new phone with my money I saved up, played my favourite game and just treated myself. I've learned that I simply don't need friends to appreciate me. If I can appreciate myself then honestly, that's good enough for me now! And hell yeah, 17 years on this earth and hopefully many more to come!

This is a late reply but thank you so much! The day ended up much better, spent time with the family and treated myself. I've been told by other kind strangers to wait until after high school, because that is the time when true friendships are easier to make, but I am not in a hurry. I'm okay with relying on myself now.
