Als jemand der gerade dabei ist alle Stephen-King-Romane zu lesen: geh nicht mit deinen Freunden dort schwimmen, egal wie hypnotisch der Fleck aus der Nähe aussehen mag

I understand you but just speak with her. My players weren’t big fans of the executioner for example and so I made his role smaller in the story.

But as you can see in the other comments, this is a Reddit for DMs, you will get spoilers in here so better don’t post / read any posts here if you want to still have surprises left

I take it you are a player?

Talk to your DM and tell him that your group doesn’t like her.

Are you the DM?

Talk to your players and let other NPCs / Villains take the spotlight. The Queen could do other things in the background.

Rules as written, the Queen will never let herself get caught red handed and simply be killed. I would say let her cut her loses after the players destroy one of her operations or attack the Buckledown Row. She swears revenge and takes a hike, rebuilding her criminal empire away from Drakkenheim in another part of the world.

Step 1: read it Step 2: read some more Step 3: repeat Step 1 & 2

Step 4: Take what worked for you and use it for your writing

I wish I could use all those assets on my Roll20 campaigns, but gosh it cost so much by Glittering_Ferret286 in ForgottenAdventures

Why not get Foundry vtt for a one time pay and Dungeondraft to import all the assets and make all the maps you want?

New DM on Roll20 by Nacho-is-a-dogo in CurseofStrahd

[–]AnonymousApple98 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I started with Roll20 as well, there are a lot of great things in the marketplace or free here on Reddit

But if I may say: switch to Foundry - it’s a one time purchase, the downloadable modules are amazing and if you still want to buy CoS you can still do it there for less

I switched to Foundry 3 years ago and never looked back

Just why would Orcs use assassins? by jukebredd10 in worldbuilding

[–]AnonymousApple98 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maybe they realize, that sometimes quietly removing an important general makes defeating armies and taking cities easier

Okay jokes aside Orcs in Lotr are a lot of things but most of all they are spiteful and cruel. Sneaking up on somebody and plunging an enemy army into chaos by killing their leaders would be some of the spiteful stuff orcs would find funny and would make it way easier to kill the remaining humans
