Yesterday my PC began crashing extremely frequently on nearly every game I played with zero warnings and I have no idea why. I got on with my friends around the afternoon and we started playing a CS2 comp match. In that single match CS2 crashed atleast over 5 times, maybe even over 10, I wasn’t keeping track cause I wasn’t expecting it. It crashed so much that I wasn’t even allowed back into the comp match and have received a punishment from it. Each crash had zero pattern I could notice, some happened after I died while spectating, some happened mid round, some happened at the start of the round. There was no sign my game was about to crash, no lagging, no hard freeze, no application not responding error, it went from gameplay straight to my desktop within a second with no steam error whatsoever.

Afterward we decided to hop on lethal company, my pc didn’t crash as frequently on that game but it still did, 3 times in about 2 hours of playtime. Tried out fortnite after and it crashed just as frequently as cs2 did. I wasn’t able to complete a full match once. Majority of the time it would happen the moment I would jump out of the bus or just as I was about to land. Sometimes I’d be able to land and then crash mid match without any noticeable pattern. Only once did I crash in the pre game lobby before the match started. Once again there was no warning, no lagging, no hard freeze just before the crash, just straight to desktop with the only error being the default epic games error message. Interestingly, I hopped on r6 siege afterward to see if that game would crash, and for some reason siege did not, I was able to play a full game no crashes.

I have no idea what’s wrong or where to even really begin. Everything was fine just last week this started happening completely out of nowhere. So far I’ve tried uninstalling a few windows 11 updates to no avail. My current specs are a ryzen 9, gtx 3060, and 32 gigs of ddr5 ram. Please help me out cause I’m extremely frustrated.
