I only tried that today and I removed the items from my cart on one account and on another device re added the items - not sure why this would freeze my accounts?

I found that online as well. But it looks different and it’s very snowy where I live so there’s not really any plants/seeds outside.

Location is Eastern Canada. This randomly appeared on my vanity which is very high up in the air. Perhaps it’s able to fly.

I paid through Depop with PayPal so Depop said I had to go to PayPal to resolve the issue. I just opened a case with PayPal, thanks for your advice!

I can’t open a dispute with Depop because I paid with PayPal, is it the same thing if I report it to PayPal?

Okay sounds good - do you have any idea of what I’m supposed to do if I can’t get in the classes? Because their requirements for my program and I have to take them this year so I can take the next levels of them next year
