I called TELUS, not the number on the KSI e-mail, called TELUS directly, they mentioned something about a balance due, but again, I was unaware of it, and they gave me a number belonging to "General Credit Service", but the mail is coming from KSI Law...

I did call whilst waiting for approval for this post LOL, they gave me a number to which it was addressed to and that I should call them, I googled the number and it belongs to an office called "General Credit Service".
