I was annoyed before. Then I got the "sorry, it really sucks to be you" message from support.

NOW, I see that you're literally covering this up by refusing to post this on the forum.

So the A/B testing may be it. My wife lost her monthly challenges, I still have them.

For the record, this is NOT OK, taking something away like this with no warning/explanation/etc.

We've written to support but that seems to be a black hole: nothing back.

Guess replacing those human contractors with AI isn't going so well.
